Setting up the booking was way easier than I expected. I just added my details, got responses fast, and could compare what each driver was offering without feeling like I had to search forever
I really liked that I didn’t have to call anyone or keep filling out the same info over and over. The site was simple to use, and I handled the whole thing from my phone
It was my first time using CitizenShipper, so I was a little nervous at first, but everything went smoothly. Checkout was straightforward too, with no weird surprises

Not gonna lie, this wasn’t the best experience. The driver showed up late, and the updates were all over the place like some total clown show. I was just sitting there wondering what was going on half the time...

I’m usually skeptical when a company uses all that polished “reliable service” kind of language, because it doesn’t always mean much. But in this case, they actually did show up right on time and everything went smoothly. No hassle, no weird issues, just got the job done

I liked how easy it was to keep track of my shipment on CitizenShipper. The updates came through fast, and I could see what was going on without, uh, having to keep asking over and over.
The driver also stayed in touch, which helped a lot. It made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful for me.

I loved that the quotes were right there from the beginning. Like, thank goodness — I didn’t have to sit there stressing and trying to magically guess what the final price would be. Everything felt clear, and there were no surprise fees jumping out at me later, which was a massive relief. The driver screening was a big thing for me. Like, handing over my dog to someone I don’t really know? Nerve-wracking. But knowing they check their drivers made me feel a lot better. Less stress, for sure.

The driver was really good about texting me and, yeah, they kept me updated on where they were for most of the trip. There was a small delay at pickup, but they let me know right away, so... it wasn’t a big deal

My delivery arrived when they said it would, that was the main thing I was watching for. The driver gave me enough updates along the way, and reading between the lines, everything seemed to be moving along fine even when communication wasn’t super detailed. It wasn’t perfect every step of the way, but there were no delays and the timing was solid, so I’m happy overall.

"Paid Once, Then the Extra Fees Started"
I thought I had already paid what I owed, but then more fees suddenly showed up afterward. It feels like they’ve got these little policy loopholes that let them keep adding charges after the fact, which is really frustrating. Just be upfront about the total from the beginning

"Super professional transporter"
My transporter was great tbh. He showed up right when he said he would, kept me updated the whole time, and was really careful with everything. It made the whole trip way less stressful for me. Nothing over the top, just solid communication and got the job done right. I’d def use CitizenShipper again.

"I’m not sure I can keep bringing my dog here"
I didn’t feel great about the care my dog got. Everything seemed really rushed, and it left me worried about whether he was actually safe and looked after properly. I’ve been trying to give it another chance, but if this is how visits are going to feel, I’ll probably need to find somewhere else.

I went with CitizenShipper because it was cheaper than a few other places I looked at. These kinds of services are basically always overpriced or confusing, so this felt like a fair deal overall. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but for what I got, I was happy enough. The driver did a good job, the updates were fine, and I’d probably use them again.

"Support literally took forever to reply"
The site itself was okay, but getting help was frustrating. Support replied really slowly, and I literally had to send two messages before anyone got back to me.

"I had an issue with my shipment booking..."
I had an issue with my shipment booking and it was stressful at first. To their credit, support did get back to me and helped fix it, which I appreciate because it’s important for companies to take responsibility when something goes wrong. It just took longer than I was hoping. Overall, not a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled a bit more smoothly.
